What areas do you serve?
We decorate porches in Asheville, Waynesville, Clyde, Sylva and Bryson City in Western North Carolina, plus Greenville, SC.
How do I book?
Choose your package and extras on our booking page, answer a few questions about your porch, upload your photos and pay by card. We'll reach out within 48 hours to schedule your install.
Why do you need photos of my porch?
Photos help us plan your design before we arrive: where the pumpkins go, how the mats fit, and whether your steps or corners need anything special. Please send one photo of the full porch from the walkway, one of your front door, and one of any steps or corners you'd like decorated.
Do I need to be home for the install?
No, as long as we can reach your porch. We'll send you a photo when it's done.
Can I choose the wreath or mat design?
Our packages are our standard fall designs, chosen and styled by our team. Each mat has a fall saying or design. If you'd like something one of a kind, ask us about a custom porch.
What's a custom porch?
A custom porch is designed just for your home. It includes a design consultation and take-down. Contact us for pricing.
Do I need a wreath hanger?
Please let us know whether you have one. If we arrive and there's no hanger on your door, we'll install our upgraded stick-on hanger and add $25 to your total.
Is take-down included?
Take-down isn't included in our standard packages. You can add it for $30, and we'll come back at the end of the season to clear everything away. Take-down is included with custom porches and Joyful Abundance.
Do I keep the decorations?

How do I pay?
Payment is made in full by card when you book, through our secure HoneyBook booking page.
Do you decorate for the holidays too?
Yes! Joyful Order 4 Home also offers holiday and seasonal decorating. Reach out and we'll help you plan.
